Stock Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and proper handling of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
• Organize and conduct product counts and stock takes.
• Maintain accurate product flow tracking through the SAP system.
• Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries.
• Maintain the security and cleanliness of stock facilities.
• Optimize and organize stockroom space in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
• Train, manage, and evaluate the stock team.
• Coordinate staff activities, distributing tasks and responsibilities.
• Conduct performance assessment interviews with staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus

Proven experience in stock management within the luxury retail sector is required.
