Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the security and proper handling of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock takes.
- Maintain accurate product flow tracking through the SAP system.
- Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries.
- Maintain the security and cleanliness of stock facilities.
- Optimize and organize stockroom space in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
- Train, manage, and evaluate the stock team.
- Coordinate staff activities, distributing tasks and responsibilities.
- Conduct performance assessment interviews with staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus

Experience
Proven experience in stock management within the luxury retail sector is required.
Education
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
