Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain merchandise in optimal condition and handle with care according to company guidelines.
- Accurately perform daily receiving, inspection, and storage of merchandise, ensuring swift preparation for sales floors and special areas.
- Prepare and distribute shop-to-shop transfers and returns according to company rules and timelines.
- Manage e-commerce order shipments, ensuring necessary service levels are met.
- Prepare and manage defective, unsellable, and repair items appropriately.
- Manage packaging materials and stationery both physically and within the system.
- Organize and manage display materials.
- Oversee stock and distribution flows of staff uniforms.
- Manage inventory and flow of gift-related items appropriately.
- Ensure proper packing and protection of in-store and e-commerce delivery items according to guidelines.
- Report, record, and document theft incidents according to company standards.
- Assist in investigating system inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Accurately manage documentation and system entry related to stock movements.
- Participate in physical inventory events and cycle counts, executing according to determined schedules.
- Support warehouse operations related to sales.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
- Collaborate with stock managers and store/operation managers to optimize warehouse space efficiency.
- Support sales staff with customer service tasks as needed, collaborating with visual merchandising teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers.
- Update and organize archives monthly.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for the Prada brand.
- Basic PC skills, including Word and Excel.
- Physical ability to move and handle merchandise.
- Experience in back-of-house operations, sales support, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize accuracy and support a customer service mindset.
- Confidence in discrepancy investigation and problem-solving.
- No English proficiency required (system is in English).
