Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and via e-commerce.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM, fostering personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively and offer informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and the Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and stock room organization.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service principles.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
