Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure exceptional service in-store and online.
  • Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise clients effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in person or via virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
  • Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues, contributing to a positive working environment and embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
  • Understanding of luxury customer service.
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
