Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in customer service activities.
- Transfer unsold products between the sales floor and the stockroom.
- Process orders received from the sales team.
- Assist sales personnel in wrapping merchandise.
- Serve refreshments to customers as needed.
- Contribute to the organization, maintenance, and optimization of the stockroom.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
