Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Bangkok (Siam Paragon) to deliver exceptional service and drive luxury sales.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve clients, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the Brand’s values.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships using a personalised approach and CRM/digital tools.
  • Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities through cross-selling across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date product, brand and market knowledge, including competitor and fashion trend awareness.
  • Preserve high standards of shop floor presentation and visual display in line with company operational guidelines.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention and security measures to safeguard products and store assets.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrable product knowledge and genuine interest in luxury fashion, art and design.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and to meet sales targets consistently.

Experience

Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with a track record of achieving individual sales targets and cultivating repeat clients. Experience using CRM systems to manage client relationships is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or prior retail/luxury sales training preferred.
