Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Prada's history, culture, and brand DNA in customer interactions.
• Actively gather customer information and accurately input it into the CRM system to build and strengthen client relationships.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and competitor information to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with management and customer service teams to address customer feedback and claims responsibly.
• Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
• Utilize digital tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.
• Participate in store operations and maintain an organized stock environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and affinity with the Prada brand.
• Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, or client relations.
• Extensive experience in selling ready-to-wear, shoes, and leather goods.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Korean, with business-level Japanese skills required.
• Ability to work professionally and responsibly, with a proactive approach to tasks.
