Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
- Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
Qualifications
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
