Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and provide excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays, complying with Prada's operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to security efforts and remain vigilant to prevent product theft.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
