Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and strive to meet customer needs, providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
  • Ensure high quality of sales and customer service, exceeding KPI goals.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
  • Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Operate with care and respect for products.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and maintain organized stock.
  • Comply with operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting procedures.
  • Foster open communication with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment and embrace diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales. Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion and knowledge of the product category managed.

Experience

Experience in luxury sales or a related field, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
