Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Bangkok to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and grow client relationships.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary in-store experience that embodies the Brand’s philosophy and values.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using a personalised approach and CRM/digital tools.
- Drive sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs through proactive selling and cross-selling across departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure shop floor standards and visual displays meet Company operational guidelines; follow stock procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Contribute to loss-prevention efforts and maintain high levels of security awareness on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for relationship-based sales and clienteling in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse international clientele.
- Strong product and brand knowledge within the assigned category.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving mindset, curiosity about fashion, art and design.
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail sales with a demonstrated ability to build long-lasting client relationships; prior luxury or premium-brand experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Tertiary studies in fashion, business, retail or a related field are an advantage.
