Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in maximizing store potential and achieving business and qualitative objectives.
- Plan and implement training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
- Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
- Support store leadership in team development and driving individual performance of Client Advisors.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Client Journey to enhance conversion, clienteling, and product mindset.
- Identify training needs and develop action plans at both store and Client Advisor levels.
- Leverage in-store training tools and collaborate with other retail functions for training activities.
- Conduct team gap analyses and build individual coaching plans.
- Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence and monitor training content retention.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
- Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating their induction and partnering with HR.

- Proven experience in retail training or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and client experience strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in using digital training tools and platforms.
