Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Store Management to develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of learning programs tailored to both global and local projects.
  • Strategically partner with cross-functional teams (GM, Retail Operations, CRM, HR) to align training initiatives with business objectives and local market needs.
  • Innovatively deliver training through in-person sessions, online platforms, gaming applications, and digital learning tools to cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assess training KPIs and business performance to ensure alignment with business goals, adapting programs as necessary.
  • Conduct on-the-job observations and provide immediate feedback and training to store teams.
  • Oversee New Starter induction programs in accordance with headquarters guidelines.
  • Manage the training budget for the market effectively.
  • Utilize Prada's platforms, dashboards, and apps to manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for store training needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Skills

Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of retail and CRM KPIs. Exceptional presentation and delivery skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proven project management and budgeting experience for training events. Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, Success Factors modules, and LMS digital platforms. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Store/Retail Trainer, with a focus on Client Journey and Clientelling, preferably in luxury retail.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
