Prada — Client Advisor Intern (3‑month summer internship) in Paris. Support luxury retail sales, client relations and in‑store experience.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high‑end in‑store client experience that reflects the Maison’s standards and values.
  • Welcome clients, develop personalised relationships and manage follow‑up using CRM and digital tools.
  • Maximise sales opportunities and perform cross‑selling across product categories to achieve individual KPIs.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and monitor fashion trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage basic client disputes and escalate complex cases to the store manager as required.
  • Ensure the salesfloor meets luxury visual merchandising and display standards and comply with stock procedures.
  • Contribute to loss‑prevention and store security measures.

Qualifications

  • Strong aptitude for sales and client relationship development.
  • Marked interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
  • Effective, solutions‑oriented problem‑solving skills and calm under pressure.
  • Proven ability to create and nurture client relationships (internship or prior retail experience advantageous).
  • Team player who can also work autonomously with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent French and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Experience

Demonstrated experience or internships in retail or client‑facing roles, with evidence of developing and maintaining client relationships; prior experience in luxury retail is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a tertiary degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, fashion, marketing, communications or a related field; candidates on a summer internship trajectory are preferred.
