Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Retail Performance team in monitoring and analyzing store performance across all markets and prepare weekly retail performance reviews for the Head of Retail.
- Support headquarters initiatives across markets, including push money, incentive schemes, store workforce reporting, and staff monitoring.
- Prepare and analyze retail KPIs, both actuals and targets, in collaboration with the CRM team.
- Conduct ad hoc and daily business analysis to facilitate timely decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recently graduated or final year student)
- Preferably previous internship experience in retail or consumer goods companies
