Retail Merchandiser

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle replenishment and rebalance products to achieve sell-through targets.
• Analyze sales performance and supervise local markets to ensure effective stock management and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with the Regional Retail Merchandising Department to ensure product availability.
• Visit stores frequently to provide assistance, feedback, and enhance performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and clientele characteristics, and communicate insights to Headquarters.
• Facilitate seasonal product training for all shops.
• Develop the sales capabilities of store managers and staff.
• Participate in periodic store managers' meetings to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to maintain the Prada image in shops.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Fluency in Thai and English.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
