Role & Responsibilities

• Manage product replenishment and rebalancing to achieve sell-through targets.
• Conduct sales performance analysis and oversee local markets to ensure optimal stock management and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with the Regional Retail Merchandising Department to maintain product availability.
• Regularly visit regional stores to provide assistance, feedback, and enhance performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and clientele characteristics, and communicate significant insights to Headquarters.
• Conduct seasonal product training for all shops.
• Enhance the sales capabilities of Store Managers and staff.
• Participate in periodic Store Managers’ meetings to improve communication effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to uphold the Prada brand image in stores.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
