Role & Responsibilities

- Lead retail planning and performance tracking through sales reporting.
- Analyze and interpret KPIs to drive data-based decision-making and performance optimization.
- Prepare business reviews and executive presentations with actionable recommendations.
- Support and coordinate strategic retail initiatives including store openings, trainings, and events.
- Ensure structured meeting preparation and follow-up for efficient decision-making.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Fashion Management, or a comparable field.
