Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the key liaison between Head Office departments and local teams, ensuring seamless cross-functional communication.
  • Coordinate initiatives, prepare business documentation, track deadlines, and maintain structured information flow.
  • Lead retail planning and performance tracking through sales reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret KPIs to drive data-based decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Prepare business reviews and executive presentations with actionable recommendations.
  • Support and coordinate strategic retail initiatives including store openings, trainings, and events.
  • Ensure structured meeting preparation and follow-up for efficient decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Fashion Management, or a comparable field.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in working with KPIs and performance data. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with cross-functional stakeholders. Fluent in German and English.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership are essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
