Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the office in defining fabrics, materials, accessories, and types of processing.
  • Verify stock levels of necessary materials and request additional supplies from the purchasing department as needed.
  • Manage reference samples, model coding, components, and color matching.
  • Monitor the delivery status of raw materials and semi-finished products.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and workshops for the creation of bespoke wardrobes and custom garments.
  • Participate in prototype and industrialization fittings, optimizing the process.
  • Manage the entry of finished product orders and monitor progress until delivery to the warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Degree in fashion/textile technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Celebrity Product office within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, excellent teamwork abilities, and goal orientation.
  • Knowledge of pattern construction and garment manufacturing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and AS400.
  • Fluency in Italian (minimum C1 level) and good command of English.
