Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and strive to meet client needs, providing exceptional service.
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Ensure the highest quality of sales and customer service, exceeding KPI goals.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the Prada/Miu Miu brand history and culture.
- Capture client data in the company CRM.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools for a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with care and respect for products.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team in daily store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring proactive execution.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is a plus
