Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Achieve store sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
  • Capture client data into the company CRM system.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Operate with care and respect for the products.
  • Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team in daily store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Skills

Passion for luxury retail and client relationship building Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for fashion Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is advantageous Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities Outstanding communication skills Fluency in spoken English

Experience

Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is considered a plus.
