Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for clients, striving to meet their every need and request with exceptional service.
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to the store's success.
- Surpass KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
- Capture client data into the company CRM.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team, when necessary.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team in daily store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and proactively execute company policies.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is advantageous.
