Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain regional databases and reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders.
  • Support rebalancing activities and monthly CCT processes, including art list preparation and purchase order processing across all product categories.
  • Process and track client requests across South Asia and Worldwide regions, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Perform Merchandise Order Tracking (MOT) entries to support the buying process and inventory flow.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and administrative support as required by the merchandising team.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and ability to integrate with merchandising and store teams.

Experience

No prior experience is required, though familiarity with merchandising operations is advantageous.

Education

A degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or Retail Management is a plus.
