Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning of IT projects in collaboration with various departments.
  • Support IT requests at the head office for Central Europe and manage the IT ticketing system.
  • Administer and monitor hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Provide technical support for software applications and hardware systems.
  • Support IT hardware and custom software solutions.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and operate PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices in stores and head office.
  • Ensure compliance with group guidelines for all IT systems.
  • Create documentation and conduct user training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Completed training as an IT Specialist or studies in IT Management, Computer Science, or Information Management.
  • Preferably experience in a retail organization.

Skills

Experience with remote analysis and troubleshooting. Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and XStore. Basic knowledge of SAP for end-user support is desirable. Extensive expertise in hardware and operation of clients in network environments. Strong communication skills, reliability, and systematic work approach. Willingness to travel. Fluency in German and English.

Experience

Experience in IT support, preferably within a retail organization, with expertise in remote troubleshooting and hardware management.

Education

Completed training as an IT Specialist or relevant studies in IT Management, Computer Science, or Information Management.
