Inventory Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily stock deliveries in accordance with company guidelines.
• Inspect and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
• Ensure accurate tracking of inventory flow using the SAP system.
• Maintain security of products and valuable materials during handling.
• Keep the stockroom organized and clean, adhering to company standards.
• Manage returns, store-to-store transfers, and e-commerce shipments within company timelines.
• Order packaging materials as needed for store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong affinity for luxury products.
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in German and English.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
