Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the store's back of house operations, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and enhancing the client journey.
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing store activities aligned with corporate guidelines, supporting sales, policies, and KPIs.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments and external providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Store Manager in operational standards and staff training.
- Lead and develop the back-of-house team, fostering a high-performance and service-driven culture.
- Support workforce planning and partner with the Store Manager on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring product care, efficient stock usage, and adherence to inventory policies.
- Manage store administration, ensuring accurate cash management and transaction documentation.
- Maintain optimal store environment and coordinate with internal and external parties for smooth operations.
- Support the Store Manager in planning and executing store projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Previous administration and cash handling experience.
- Fluent in English.
