Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of customer data in CRM systems.
  • Analyze Client Advisor performance and provide insights to Store Management and CRM Manager.
  • Support the launch and optimization of CRM tools and functionalities in store.
  • Generate and interpret CRM and performance reports.
  • Manage customer lists and support targeted local marketing actions.
  • Assist Store Manager with in-store CRM action plans aligned with business needs.
  • Deliver CRM training and ongoing support to store team.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in CRM, retail, or customer experience.

Skills

Customer-centric approach with a focus on in-store service. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
