Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update store window and interior displays daily in accordance with brand standards.
  • Implement changes based on merchandising needs, sales trends, and market specifics, following HQ Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to enhance customer engagement and sales through strategic display setups.
  • Advise Store and Category Managers on maintaining their department displays.
  • Train staff on Visual Merchandising fundamentals.
  • Submit timely photographic updates of displays to HQ for review and adjustments.
  • Communicate regularly with HQ on display implementations and sales feedback, while monitoring competitors and market trends.
  • Provide feedback on store interior conditions and manage visual props, including replenishment and disposal.
  • Coordinate with HQ Communication & PR for in-store events and press presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Visual Merchandising

Skills

Strong understanding of department store environments Autonomous and detail-oriented Ability to work collaboratively and independently Deep knowledge of the luxury industry, including products and clientele Fluent in French and English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

Extensive experience in visual merchandising within luxury retail environments is required.
