Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
- Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
- Support store leadership in team development and individual client advisor performance.
- Ensure effective client journey implementation impacting conversion and clienteling.
- Identify training needs in line with business priorities and develop action plans.
- Leverage in-store training tools and collaborate with retail functions for training activities.
- Perform team gap analysis and build individual coaching plans.
- Support store leadership to ensure comprehensive training on brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
- Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
- Monitor quality, impact, and retention of training content.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
- Manage onboarding journeys for new hires and facilitate in-store induction.
Qualifications
- Strong training expertise with effective people management skills.
- Knowledge of KPIs with a focus on CRM performance and client engagement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
