Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
  • Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
  • Support store leadership in team development and enhancing individual client advisor performance.
  • Ensure effective client journey implementation impacting conversion, clienteling, and zoning.
  • Identify training needs in line with business priorities and develop action plans.
  • Leverage in-store training tools such as sessions, coaching, and best-practice sharing.
  • Collaborate with retail functions like merchandising, CRM, and events for training activities.
  • Perform team gap analysis and build individual coaching plans with ongoing feedback.
  • Support store leadership in cascading brand, client journey, and product knowledge training.
  • Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
  • Monitor the quality, impact, and retention of training content.
  • Ensure the store team embraces a self-learning culture with digital training tools.
  • Lead in-store coaching focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
  • Follow up with individual shadowing for seamless one-to-one coaching processes.
  • Ensure regular communication with trainees, providing continuous feedback on progress.
  • Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating their induction and partnering with HR.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.
