Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and address training needs in alignment with business priorities.
- Develop and implement training action plans at the store and client advisor levels.
- Utilize in-store training tools such as coaching sessions and daily briefings.
- Collaborate with retail functions like Merchandising and CRM for training activities.
- Conduct team gap analysis and create individual coaching plans.
- Support store leadership in cascading training content on brand and product knowledge.
- Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
- Monitor the quality and retention of training content.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching focusing on client advisors' selling skills and brand ambassadorship.
- Manage onboarding journeys for new hires in collaboration with HR.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in learning and development, human resources management, psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail training or a retail managerial role.
- Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management and personnel development methods.
- Fluency in English.
