Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and address training needs in alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement training action plans at the store and client advisor levels.
  • Utilize in-store training tools such as coaching sessions and daily briefings.
  • Collaborate with retail functions like Merchandising and CRM for training activities.
  • Conduct team gap analysis and create individual coaching plans.
  • Support store leadership in cascading training content on brand and product knowledge.
  • Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
  • Monitor the quality and retention of training content.
  • Lead a culture of in-store coaching focusing on client advisors' selling skills and brand ambassadorship.
  • Manage onboarding journeys for new hires in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in learning and development, human resources management, psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail training or a retail managerial role.
  • Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management and personnel development methods.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong coordination and organizational abilities. High-level communication skills. Proficiency in talent management tools and methods.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in retail training or a managerial role within the retail sector is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
