Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in maximizing store potential and achieving business and qualitative objectives.
  • Plan and implement training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
  • Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
  • Support store leadership in team development and enhancing the performance of individual Client Advisors.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the Client Journey, impacting conversion, clienteling, and other key areas.
  • Identify training needs and develop action plans at the store and Client Advisor levels.
  • Leverage in-store training tools and collaborate with other retail functions to manage training activities.
  • Perform team gap analysis and build individual coaching plans, providing ongoing feedback.
  • Drive in-store training initiatives and monitor the quality and impact of training content.
  • Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
  • Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating their in-store induction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail training or a similar role within the luxury sector.
  • Strong understanding of clienteling and luxury retail dynamics.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Proficiency in using digital training tools. Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate strategies.

Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in retail training or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
