Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs in alignment with business priorities and develop action plans for store and client advisor levels.
  • Leverage in-store training tools and collaborate with other retail functions to organize and manage training activities.
  • Perform team gap analysis, build individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on team member progress.
  • Support store leadership in ensuring comprehensive training on brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
  • Drive in-store training initiatives and monitor the quality and retention of training content.
  • Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
  • Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating their induction and partnering with HR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, human resources management, psychology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in retail training or a retail managerial role.
  • Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management and personnel development methods and tools.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong coordination and organizational skills. High level of communication ability. Proficiency in using retail training digital tools.

Experience

4+ years of experience in the retail training field or in a retail managerial role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in learning and development fields, human resources management, psychology, or a related field.
