Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store's back-of-house operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing operational activities in alignment with corporate guidelines and support sales initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication with other departments and external providers.
- Lead and develop the back-of-house team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage inventory with a focus on product care and space optimization.
- Ensure compliance with cash management procedures and accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain optimal store environment and coordinate with internal and external partners for smooth operations.
- Support the Store Manager in planning and executing store projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Previous administration and cash handling experience.
- Fluency in English preferred.
