Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly and monthly analyses of customer data and key performance indicators to assess store CRM performance.
  • Assist the Store Manager in crafting CRM action plans aligned with business needs and event schedules.
  • Evaluate Client Advisor performance on Clienteling and Retail KPIs, providing individual development plans to the Store Manager.
  • Design and implement strategies focusing on data collection, local client retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance in-store product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM and Clienteling perspective.
  • Ensure store staff are proficient in using all Clienteling tools.
  • Support Sales Staff in managing VIC Clients, aiming to expand this client segment's size and potential.
  • Work with the Local Retail team to enhance store performance.
  • Maintain market and consumer trend knowledge to enhance the store staff's fashion sense.
  • Foster the growth of the store’s customer community through participation in external events.

Experience
