Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks, including the creation of reference letters and overseeing Health and Safety processes.
  • Support Talent Acquisition, candidate journey, and Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Aid in payroll-related activities, such as onboarding and managing monthly benefits.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of HR processes and projects.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a university, with studies in economics, psychology, or a related field, and at least in the third semester.

Skills

Independent and structured work approach with strong communication skills. Organizational talent and reliability. Ability to think creatively and work as a team player. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in economics, psychology, or a related field.
