Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks, including the creation of reference letters and overseeing Health and Safety processes.
- Support Talent Acquisition, candidate journey, and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Aid in payroll-related activities, such as onboarding and managing monthly benefits.
- Participate in the design and implementation of HR processes and projects.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a university, with studies in economics, psychology, or a related field, and at least in the third semester.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in economics, psychology, or a related field.
