Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience by adhering to Client Journey principles.
  • Conduct regular performance discussions and create actionable plans with the Store Manager.
  • Identify and recruit new talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Optimize sales floor management and maintain a visible presence for the team.
  • Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Monitor category performance and collaborate with merchandising teams.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maximize category potential.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Business or Retail Management degree is a plus.
  • Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent customer service and clienteling skills. Organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and inspire peers. Market and product knowledge.

Experience

Proven experience in a retail management role within the luxury sector is required.

Education

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
