Role & Responsibilities

  • Publish job advertisements on various platforms and screen CVs.
  • Organize and conduct phone and video interviews, and prepare candidate evaluation reports.
  • Conduct active sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn and internal/external databases.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate pipeline and recruitment process monitoring.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and career services for employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Create and nurture a talent pool of promising candidates for future opportunities.
  • Support recruitment reporting and analytics to monitor key metrics and process effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related humanities fields.
  • Genuine interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Skills

Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.

Experience

Previous experience in HR or Recruiting is considered a plus.

Education

Master's Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related humanities fields.
