Role & Responsibilities
- Publish job advertisements on various platforms and manage the screening of CVs.
- Organize and conduct phone and video interviews, preparing candidate evaluation reports.
- Conduct active candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and internal/external databases.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to monitor the candidate pipeline and recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions for employer branding and talent attraction.
- Create and nurture a talent pool of promising candidates for future opportunities.
- Support recruitment reporting and analytics to monitor key metrics and process effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Skills
Experience
A genuine interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Previous experience in HR or Recruiting is advantageous.
Education
Master’s Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or from humanities faculties.
