Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend business needs and devise effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for key positions, ensuring a proactive hiring approach.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Enhance and drive Employer Branding initiatives to position the Prada Group as an employer of choice through targeted marketing, events, and external partnerships.
- Continuously review and optimize the hiring process to improve efficiency, quality of hires, and candidate experience.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by establishing best practices and consistent standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and platforms to ensure effective talent sourcing and cost efficiency.
- Engage regularly with internal stakeholders to address hiring needs and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Support the cultural journey and growth of the Prada Group in alignment with its values and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Deep understanding of the luxury retail business
