Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site audits and desktop reviews at the Group's suppliers.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety across the production chain in accordance with the company's Code of Ethics and Supplier Code of Conduct.
  • Verify supplier compliance with current Health & Safety and environmental regulations.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementation.
  • Support the Prada Group's industrial HSE Managers.
  • Perform risk assessments within the company.
  • Prepare and deliver Health & Safety training to Prada Group personnel.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with Health & Safety procedures within the company, including PPE usage, workplace accident monitoring, and emergency management procedures.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law.

Skills

Knowledge of sustainability topics including working conditions, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and business ethics.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Education

Degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law.
