Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Represent the brand locally to increase customer footfall and loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
- Manage store budget and control expenses.
- Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to enhance client loyalty.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment.
- Ensure team preparedness with product knowledge and market insights.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding cash, inventory, and logistics.
- Organize and participate in local events with stakeholders and influencers.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, demonstrating a track record of driving sales and leading successful teams.
