Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the integrated transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with IT strategic goals and organizational priorities.
- Define and maintain the Integration Portfolio framework, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, and reporting.
- Govern cross-program interdependencies, escalating blockers and ensuring timely risk mitigation and resource alignment.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics for program performance, delivery health, and business value realization.
- Lead global program execution, ensuring consistency in delivery approach across functions and geographies.
- Manage program-level reporting, stakeholder alignment, and tracking.
- Support prioritization and phase definition for strategic domains such as CRM, Corporate, and Omnichannel.
- Coordinate third-party vendors and internal delivery teams, ensuring adherence to plan and quality.
- Maintain and evolve program/project delivery frameworks and standards.
- Define and support onboarding of governance ceremonies, including steering, RAID tracking, and program increments.
- Mentor Project Managers across functional domains to ensure consistent quality and project health monitoring.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio delivery.
- Influence senior stakeholders by translating complex technology decisions into clear business value.
- Collaborate with Business, IT, Solution Architects, and external vendors to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
- Support executive decision-making with scenario analysis and trade-off recommendations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in information systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of program and portfolio management experience in complex transformations.
- Proven experience in multi-brand, global environments, preferably in retail, fashion, or consulting firms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic transformation programs with strong interdependencies across domains.
