Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery lifecycle for SAP initiatives across Finance, Sales & Distribution, and Materials Management domains.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution from planning to cutover, ensuring adherence to timeline, quality, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP delivery, engaging with business stakeholders, IT, system integrators, and external vendors.
- Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise architecture standards and strategic transformation priorities.
- Manage SAP consultants, external partners, and offshore resources, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee solution design, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, testing strategy, and go-live planning.
- Ensure timely identification and resolution of delivery issues and risks.
- Work closely with Business Process Owners, PMOs, and other domain leads to align delivery with operational needs.
- Translate delivery progress into clear updates for senior stakeholders.
- Support change management and business readiness activities.
- Ensure strong documentation, traceability, and compliance with internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvement of SAP delivery frameworks, tools, and templates.
- Support hypercare and stabilization post go-live, ensuring user adoption and solution effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience delivering SAP programs or rollouts, preferably in global Retail or Fashion environments.
