Retail IT Specialist
Prada Group seeks a full-time Retail IT Specialist in London to deliver hands-on IT support across retail locations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support across Prada Group retail locations, responding to telephone, ticket and email requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software for PCs, printers, iPhones and other business devices to agreed standards.
- Perform user lifecycle management including onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Manage inventory and asset records for business devices; coordinate procurement and equipment deployment with the IT Manager.
- Escalate incidents to appropriate internal groups and collaborate with regional teams to resolve multisite issues.
- Support multiple brands and business locations in day-to-day IT operations and assist in completing business orders as required.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in retail IT.
- Demonstrable experience supporting multisite retail environments with user support, hardware maintenance and asset management.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage high volumes and meet tight delivery timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams and geographic locations.
Skills
Experience
Practical experience in retail IT support, ideally within multisite operations. Proven track record of troubleshooting hardware and software incidents, managing device inventories and delivering user lifecycle services in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical retail IT experience.
