Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Retail Business and Logistics teams to understand current workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Map existing processes and design optimized workflows leveraging SAP supply chain modules.
  • Advise on best practices for utilizing system functionalities to streamline retail and logistics operations.
  • Ensure retail systems operate smoothly by troubleshooting issues, managing system upgrades, and providing training and support to users.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of retail business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation of new retail systems or updates to existing retail systems.
  • Test and evaluate new functions before their deployment in the production environment.
  • Identify, analyze, and document discrepancies between the retail systems and business requirements, ensuring appropriate adjustments are made.
  • Act as a point of contact for retail and logistics teams, providing guidance and support on technical inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver end-user documentation and training to ensure effective system usage.
  • Collaborate with data teams to create meaningful Power BI/B.O reports and dashboards within SAP or related tools.
  • Manage the defect resolution process efficiently and manage expectations for related re-testing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle retail systems implementation such as POS, stock take system, B.o.H management system, CRM

Skills

Designing and configuring retail systems such as POS, replenishment system, stock take system, SAP SD Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes Understanding of accounting business processes Experience with SAP Knowledge of SQL is a plus Experience with data migration and integration

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle retail systems implementation and designing and configuring retail systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
