Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Retail Business and Logistics teams to understand current workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Map existing processes and design optimized workflows leveraging SAP supply chain modules.
- Advise on best practices for utilizing system functionalities to streamline retail and logistics operations.
- Ensure retail systems operate smoothly by troubleshooting issues, managing system upgrades, and providing training and support to users.
- Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of retail business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of new retail systems or updates to existing retail systems.
- Test and evaluate new functions before their deployment in the production environment.
- Identify, analyze, and document discrepancies between the retail systems and business requirements, ensuring appropriate adjustments are made.
- Act as a point of contact for retail and logistics teams, providing guidance and support on technical inquiries.
- Develop and deliver end-user documentation and training to ensure effective system usage.
- Collaborate with data teams to create meaningful Power BI/B.O reports and dashboards within SAP or related tools.
- Manage the defect resolution process efficiently and manage expectations for related re-testing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle retail systems implementation such as POS, stock take system, B.o.H management system, CRM

A minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle retail systems implementation and designing and configuring retail systems.
