Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers, striving to meet their needs and provide exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Achieve KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage with customers and provide advice.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room and participate in daily store operations.
  • Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values and maintaining open communication with colleagues.

Skills

Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion Experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in spoken English

Experience
