Role & Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and meeting customer needs with exceptional service.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Achieve and surpass KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the history and culture of Prada and Miu Miu.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Resolve client complaints in coordination with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize company digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations and stock management.
  • Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Skills

Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers Problem-solving skills and curiosity in luxury fashion Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in spoken English

Experience

Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is advantageous.
