Role & Responsibilities

• Execute leather treatment and finishing operations according to technical specifications and company procedures.
• Monitor the processing workflow to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
• Prepare and manage chemicals and equipment necessary for treatment.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify the quality of treated leather.
• Collaborate with management to resolve any anomalies.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in leather treatment and finishing within tanneries or similar production environments.
• Familiarity with leather characteristics and chemical and mechanical treatment processes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling chemicals.
• Precision, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
• Teamwork aptitude and adaptability.

A minimum of 5 years in leather treatment and finishing, preferably in tanneries or similar production settings.
