Role & Responsibilities
- Craft individual prototype, collection, or made-to-measure garments, overseeing the entire production process.
- Operate sewing machines, including linear, overlock, and other specialized equipment, to construct garments.
- Collaborate closely with pattern-making, design offices, and relevant company functions to ensure complete garment realization.
- Perform necessary finishing and modifications to meet required quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a prototype tailor in the luxury apparel sector, preferably within a leather garment workshop.
- Proficiency in operating various sewing machines, including linear, overlock, and specialized machines.
- Excellent knowledge of materials such as leather and fabric.
- Ability to interpret patterns and read technical sheets.
- Strong orientation towards quality, with excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
Skills
Experience
Significant experience in luxury apparel tailoring, particularly in leather garment production, is required.
